IFR A 7550 Spectrum Analyzer DOES NOT WORK FOR PARTS ONLY 10255

  For sale is an IFR A-7550 Spectrum Analyzer, it did not power 
  up when I plugged it in, DOES NOT WORK,
FOR PARTS ONLY. I don't anything about this machine, so I don't 
know what is wrong with the machine exactly.

I plugged it into the wall, and it did not turn on.
