  Some are new and marked "2013" and some are used. 

  With "railroad rail anvils" selling for $2 per pound, you would be
  sitting on serious money if you buy this lot.

  What you see is EXACTLY what you get.

  You do not get any non-rails (part of a rr switch and a tool). Only
  the rails are included.

  This is definitely a "full truckload" lot, it will cost a lot to 
  ship (free pick-up).
