Hough H100C wheel pay loader 156031

  For sale is a Hough H100C wheel pay loader. It was used to 
  push snow at a company that closed down. 

  I was told, but have not been able to verify, that it works fine. 
  When I find out for sure, I will either scrap it or raise the 
  price significantly if it is good.
