For sale is a 1/4 ton (115 lbs), heavy duty, Harrington ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST. It is powered by the regular 115 volts that you have in your kitchen. It has a 10 foot lift. It works GREAT and includes a heavy duty pendant. I am not aware of any problems with it and am selling it because I no longer have a need for it.
