For sale is a Hardinge HV-4N-5C Collet Indexer. (the label says something strange, HV-4Nx5C with "x" being lower that N or 5, look at the last picture). This indexer is in great working shape, as far as I could tell. It has a three jaw chuck for your convenience. Note that I made a crude 5/16" square key for it from a 3/8" hex key, the key ain't an art piece, but it will work great for you -- and it was not the cheapest hex key either.
I think that you can remove the chuck and use it for 5C collets. Comes from a CNC plasma cutting outfit that closed down due to owners' illness.
