For sale is a Haas 5C Rotary Collet Indexer. It works great. I had it hooked up to My CNC milling machine for occasional milling jobs. Since I got myself a Troyke CNC 4th axis rotary table, I do not use this indexer.
See a video on how it operates. You program it like a VCR, to say what angles it should turn. Then you press a button on the control and it advances a preprogrammed amount of angle, executing the program. You can also outfit it with a remote button, to be actuated by your CNC machine. That's what I had. Right now it is equipped with a 8 or so foot cable with an audio jack connector, so you can hook up your own button.
Normally, this indexer is used with 5C collets. However, in addition to that, I outfitted it with a chuck that goes on the nose piece. Unscrew the chuck and install the nose piece cover (included) to return to the original configuration.
This indexer includes a precision screw mechanism and it is more or less bulletproof. Manual is included.
It is heavy and and fragile needs to be packed in several boxes, hence the shipping cost.
