For sale is a HUGE ENORMOUS tap. It is a 4-4 tap, meaning that it is for 4" thread bolts with 4 threads per inch (TPI). Made by Vermont american of High Speed Steel.
This tap weighs approximately 26 lbs, made of very expensive high speed steel. Has PERFECT teeth and I could not find any evidence of its use at all. It was surplused by Fermilab.
For those wanting to ship, unfortunately it will not fit into a priority mail flat rate box, hence the shipping cost.
