For sale is a military surplus HP3400A RMS voltmeter. Looks very sharp
and was found to work. The military calibrated it at some
point. Please note that it takes a special oval power cable, which I
do NOT have. I had to use my test cable to test it. I am sure that
people smart enough to need this voltmeter can rig/solder on a
different power cable. :SATISFACTION:
