Granite City ==> volvo penta prop 2

This is a 15x17 Volvo Penta left hand aluminum propeller. It has some markings: 46 95. I am a little confused as to its condition, please look carefully at the pictures. It does not appear that it has been used on a boat, I have a boat myself (with a mercruiser alpha one outdrive), so I know. It has NO scratches whatsoever on the external rim on the blades. However, some paint is scratched off near the hub. It does not look that it could happen from its use as a prop. Maybe someone did it deliberately. It has no dings.
