Granite City ==> unisys up 914 1

This is a used Unisys UP-914. For those familiar with APC units, it resembles the APC Smart-UPS 1400 in its functionality. This device passed basic tests (see photo of it operating a lamp without external power). Its battery condition is not well known, but it does last for a while with that 100W lamp. So it is at least not nearly dead.

:LOCAL_PICKUP: This device has a replaceable battery and can be computer controlled via a serial port. (it can also notify the computer about power outage).
