This is a Boonton RMS voltmeter. The unit powers up and shows voltage
when I connect a battery to the inputs. Because of different resistance
of cords as opposed to the probe, the readings are off. It may or may
not need recalibration, I cannot test that. It comes with a coaxial probe
adapter but no probe. The unit is sold with a no DOA guarantee but
otherwise AS IS.
