Granite City ==> modulation meter

This is a Newton modulation meter. The unit powers up and the needle does move. Tihs unit was not tested further and is sold AS IS. If you pick this item locally, you get a right of return minus 5% restocking fee (covers ebay and paypal fees), if I ship this item to you, there is no right of return. I am not aware of any flaws in this item and am unable to test it beyond powering up.
