Granite City ==> apc 2200

This is an APC Smart-UPS, a standalone (not rackmountable) unit. It's got a couple of problems:

Its faceplate is broken (my fault), I can supply you with the broken faceplate
No power plug
As in any older UPS, the batteries may have lost some capacity.

I would consider this a parts unit, I think that if you replace the batteries you will get a fully working unit. Without replacing batteries, it may not give you the same amp-hours as you would expect from a new unit. This UPS came as part of a lot, which had another 2200 in similar condition. I use that other UPS to power the Linux server that hosts these auctions.

Nevertheless, I was able to test it. It does power up fine and it does supply equipment with electrical power, detects ground faults, etc etc. With the UPS batteries for ths UPS available on ebay now (search for "UPS BATTERY"), you can make this one into a well working unit.
