This is a systron-donner 6152A digital counter timer. It is based on
Nixie tubes. A wonderful piece of a somewhat obsolete technology. My
limited testing indicates that it works fine. I have tested only a
few functions at a few frequencies, though. The unit comes without
the power cord. It takes cords with oval shaped heads. For testing,
I just connected the power cable to the connectors. You can connect a
power cable directly to the inside wires of the unit. Should not be a
big deal if you know how to solder. Thi sis a rackmountable unit.
