I bought the lathe from a bankruptcy auction, and I don't 
know if the machine was working at the time it was sold.
Therefore, I do not know if this part is in working
condition nor do I have the ability to test it. If you
receive this part and it does not work, you are welcome
to return it for a full refund, MINUS SHIPPING. You would
be responsible for ALL shipping costs.

There are are few places where the plastic board or casing
is chipped or cracked. I am pointing to these spots with my
finger in the pictures. I tried my best to photograph all the
spots, but there may be some that I missed, so there may be
others. I'm not sure. 

I have many parts for sale from this same machine and am
very interested in combined and bulk purchases for multiple
items. I can ship freight on a pallet. This is preferable to
me and would be an easier and safer way to ship the items.

Also, this piece is fragile and has brittle/delicate
parts that require extensive and careful packaging. 
That is why shipping may seem higher than expected.
