  For sale is a Tapmatic No.70X Tapping Head BEING SOLD FOR PARTS ONLY.
  #10 To 5/8" Diameter tapping capacity.  1,000 RPM Maximum rated
  tapping speed.  No.2 Morse Taper shank.  NOTE: This tapping head DOES
  NOT TURN when the nose is in the normal (all the way up) position.
  Pulling the nose downward slightly frees it up.  It can be pulled all
  the way down and also rotates in that position.  The shank and nose
  do not rotate TOGETHER in any position.
