  DC Motor Control.  Single phase input, set-up for 120V AC.  Inputs
  for AC (2), +A, -A/-F, +F, HI, W, LO.  Potentiometers labeled: MIN,
  MAX, I.R., C.L.  Made in USA.  NOTE: I have several of these units
  available.  All were taken-out of working, custom machines that we
  recently removed from a local plant that has closed-down.
