  For sale is a Chicago Pneumatic Tool Size 315R Lower-Vane Wrench.
  1.5" Square Spindle Nose.  Forward / Off / Reverse control.
  Comes with attached pneumatic fitting.  NOTE: I did a basic test
  on this unit; it runs properly in both forward and reverse mode.
  The spindle turns freely (when not under power) and sounds good.
