Dimensions (approximately): 16" x 5 1/2" x 4.75" Circular Face Plate: 3" diameter Square base: 4.75" x 4.75" Shaft Diameter: 0.625" Model: MTE-4090-FL-5B Part Number: FMD0751B-00 13A cont, 55a peak 2500 RPM 150 VDC Tach. 7V/krpm This was taken out of a Lagunmatic 320 CNC Milling that was retired by a company. One corner of the square base is chipped as shown in the pictures.
