face with gold numerals. Blank ?DATE TESTED? plate on the dial.
Handwritten ?9-464? on the lens edge.

Housing: black case with front mounting holes and a bottom male
threaded port (size not verified).

Condition: used with visible scuffs, scratches, dust, and paint wear.
Small chip/nick on the bezel edge and surface scratches on the lens.
Back shows wear and marker writing. Untested; accuracy/function not
verified.
