For sale is a set of two Fuji 2MBI200N-120 IGBT half bridges. Two of them make a full inverter H bridge. You can use it to eaisly make an inverter for your DC welder, solar system, or whatever you want. I used similar igbts to make an inverter for my own welder.
200 amps, 1200 volts.
