For sale is an Allen-Bradley 505-EOD Size 4 Contactor 600V 135A 100HP 575V. This contactor came from a 40-year-old 400-ton press but is a recent replacement. The former owner of the press told me it was installed 5-8 years ago. It clearly is far cleaner and less grimy than the rest of the electrical equipment in the press cabinet. I opened it up to look at contacts. The large silver contacts are in very good condition, I would say around 90%. Allen-Bradley industrial contactor/starter assembly mounted on a steel base. Visible nameplate on one contactor: Cat. 505-EOD, Size 4, 135A max continuous, 600V AC max. HP ratings on label: 40 HP at 200V, 50 HP at 230V, 100 HP at 460?575V. Terminals labeled L1/L2/L3 and T1/T2/T3. Two large contactor blocks are linked with red control wiring; an overload/terminal block is present on the load side. Condition: used. Scuffs, dust, oxidation on terminals, cut leads, and electrical tape on some conductors. No enclosure. Exactly what?s shown is included. Assumption: a small tag shows 115?120V on one component, but coil voltage for the main contactors is not verified.
