For sale is a 26" x 18" Large Commercial Baking Sheet Tray Pan. I bought this from a bankrupt Italian restaurant. This looks fairly clean to me. However, I'm not sure how well or if it was cleaned before being sold, so it may need a thorough cleaning before being used. All measurements are approximate.
