2003 07 demil ==> hp 8640b 2

For sale is a HP 8640B signal generator with option 003. The unit has several known defects. All of them I made visible on pictures. There may be some defects that I did not find. The FM switch is broken but still can be switched with a screwdriver. The frequency adjustment wheel has a missing handle, but still adjusts frequency. The unit does produce modulated RF signal, as verified by my oscilloscope. (see picture).

So, the unit is sold as defective, as is, no returns. It may be slightly better than a unit that does not even power up, but it is not sold as "known good" unit.
