For sale is a 2-Rack Convection Oven. 18" x 16" x 4" (approx.). Temperature up to 450 degrees and Broil. Convection and Rotisserie settings. I bought this from a bankrupt Italian restaurant. I'm not sure if it was cleaned before being sold, so it may need a thorough cleaning before being used. All measurements are approximate.
